I have been going to this dental office for a few years now. Today I went for a crown and Dr. Ruppert was amazing. She continuously asked it if was ok. Before she started I mentioned that I didn’t think I was numb enough. Instead of saying something like let’s just see how it goes she said quickly have me some more numbing agent. She also provided something that I had never been provided before which was a rubber device to help keep my mouth open. This was so helpful for my TMJ. And Shane was great as always in putting on my temporary crown. And I can’t fail to mention Martha at the front. Not only did she do the financial stuff with me but she also made sure I was comfortable by bringing me a blanket and turning down the office music when I mentioned it was too loud. So needless to say they all made my anxiety go down. Thanks !
